My name is Jerry Lorey and I love organizing and building things. My purpose is to do the same for your financial planning needs. Most people have so many different things they are juggling in their lives, that they never get around to fine-tuning their personal or business financial plan.
As the founder of The Lorey Group, I began my career in financial services with New York Life in 2004. Prior to that, I worked in hospital and medical practice administration.
I also served in the Louisiana Army National Guard from 1989-2007 and was deployed to Desert Storm.
At The Lorey Group, we provide fee-based financial planning, investment advisory services and access to investment management programs through Eagle Strategies.
I am also a Member Agent of The Nautilus Group®, an elite service of New York Life Insurance Company, where I work hand-in-hand with Nautilus specialists experienced in taxes, law, life insurance, accounting, and charitable giving.
I have been a member of New York Life's Chairman's Council from 2008-2022, and since 2006 a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT®). MDRT is recognized throughout the industry as the standard of excellence in the insurance industry.
I received my Bachelor of Science from Louisiana Tech University. Louisiana Tech is also where I met my wife, Merritt Cazedessus Lorey. We went on to have four amazing children, Grayson, Lad, Cameron, and Colyn.
In my spare time, I enjoy scuba diving, kayaking, travel, and antique restoration.
